Good to know

Before we roll.

Is my request a confirmed booking?+

Not automatically. Your request begins an intake evaluation. Our operator verifies your vehicle fitment, location access, parts, and schedule. The appointment is secured only after we confirm the service details and receive the required deposit.

How does the deposit and cancellation policy work?+

Once your estimate and appointment window are confirmed, a deposit is required to secure your slot. The deposit reserves technician time and equipment. If you cannot attend, please notify us within the cancellation window per published terms to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

Do I need to provide the parts or tools?+

No. Simply provide your vehicle year, make, model, and requested service. We arrive fully prepared with vehicle-specific parts, fluids, and specialized mobile tools.

What makes a location suitable for mobile service?+

We require a safe, legal, reasonably level space (such as a driveway, private parking bay, or workplace lot) with clear access around your vehicle. High-traffic public streets or steep inclines may not be suitable.

What maintenance services are out of scope?+

We focus strictly on routine, location-friendly services. Work requiring a shop lift, major brake overhaul, internal engine repairs, or complex diagnostic teardowns is excluded to protect your vehicle and safety.

What happens if bad weather occurs on the service day?+

Technician safety and quality work require safe environmental conditions. If severe weather prevents on-site service, our operator will contact you to reschedule your appointment with zero deposit penalty.

Can I request service for multiple vehicles at once?+

Yes! Servicing multiple vehicles at a single home or workplace location is an ideal way to save time and coordination effort. Mention additional vehicles in your request notes.
